Altınbaş University President Prof. Dr. Çağrı Erhan and Vice-Chancellor of BRAC University in Bangladesh, Dr. Vincent Chang have signed bilateral cooperation and exchange agreements at a meeting held to discuss the details of joint academic projects and scientific research.
