Dear Students,

Please see below for the results of grant applications for Erasmus KA103 Student Mobility for Placement. The grants will cover a maximum of 3-month placement period and be distributed in accordance with specific COVID-19-related considerations. 

All participating students are required to carefully read this announcement.

All participating students are required to sign a grant agreement.  

Grant Agreements
  • The signing dates for grant agreements will be communicated to participants in the upcoming days.

The following documents must be submitted, and the following procedures must be completed in order to sign a grant agreement!

  • Visa
  • A copy of the Letter of Acceptance
  • A copy of your health, accident and liability insurance policy. Please note that the travel health insurance required by consulates for the visa application is not the same with the aforesaid insurance.
  • All participants must draw up a Learning Agreement for Traineeship and have it signed and approved by their programme coordinator at Altınbaş University and the host organisation.
  • In order that we can transfer the grant amount to you, you need to open a Euro (€) account at Deniz Bank and provide us with a copy of your account opening documents. Altınbaş University will not accept any responsibility regarding the money transfer fee you might be charged for transfers to other bank accounts. Such fees will be cut from the grant amount.
Grant Cuts 

The remaining grant amount you will be paid will be calculated based on your performance measurement provided in the ‘After Mobility’ section of your Learning Agreement for Traineeship.  Since the duration of the mobility is minimum 60 days, participants who have undertaken a mobility period less than 60 days will be required to return the total grant amount paid.

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE:  It is not possible to award grants to participants prior to the signing of the agreements. Also, all stays abroad that took or taking place without signing an agreement will not be considered an Erasmus Mobility.
