Dear Student,
Click here for 2024-2025 Erasmus KA131 Study Mobility Results
It is imperative to carefully read the following explanations;
The entire grant support allocated to our institution by the European Union Presidency, through the Turkish National Agency, has been distributed. In addition to this grant amount, additional grant support has been provided to each of our departments from the Erasmus+ Program Unit budget. So if you are on the waiting list, you will still have a chance to get a mobility grant. We will inform you when the Turkish National Agency announces to the universities for additional grants. It is sufficient to follow the emails from our office regarding this matter.
Important notes: (Please read them carefully)
*Students who apply for one academic year will only receive payment for one semester; if there is a budget surplus, payment will be made for the second semester later.
*Grant payments will be made for a maximum of 4 months + Travel Support.
*Please note that our acceptance does not guarantee acceptance by the host institution, which will evaluate your application and notify you.
*We will inform all the students about the procedure later on on the orientation day. Attending the orientation day is obligatory for those who are selected. In order to support more students and effectively use the budget, a partial grant is provided for the Erasmus+ Program Mobility for the 2025-2026 application year. The sequence of substitutes depends on cancellations from those who receive subsidies, and there isn’t a set deadline for cancellations. Because of this, it’s uncertain whether a reserve list participant will get a spot or when they might get it. If any reserved participant is moved to the subsidy recipient list because of cancellations, they will be informed via email. Granting reserves won’t happen right away due to cancellations or lack of confirmation during the commitment period. Once this period ends, the lists will be updated based on students’ commitment statuses.The grants of students listed as recipients and who withdraw will not be transferred to the next student. However, if there is a remaining balance at the end of the project, the Erasmus+ Program Unit may distribute this balance equally and transparently to students.
*If main approved students withdraw their applications we will contact students who are substitutes by email. Those who were not placed were unable to secure a spot due to quota limitations. If both main and substitute students withdraw, we will proceed with unplaced students accordingly.
*Students whose their applications are approved without a grant can do their student mobility without a grant.
Best Regards,
Erasmus and Exchange office
